By downloading, accessing, or using FitMe, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FitMe, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

FitMe provides educational and motivational content related to nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle optimization.
FitMe is not a medical application and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

3. User Accounts

To access FitMe, you must create an account using your name, email, and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

FitMe offers paid access through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Subscription prices and durations are displayed inside the app and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.
  No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after activation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content inside FitMe—including text, graphics, design, articles, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of FitMe App Ltd. (or its licensors).
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to hack the app or its systems

• Share, sell, or sublicense your account

• Use the app for any illegal or harmful activity
  Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FitMe is provided “as is.”
While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, weight loss outcomes, or health improvements. Use the app at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

FitMe App Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or personal injury.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.
You may delete your account anytime through the in-app settings or by contacting us at fitme@dingirnibiru.com

10. Changes to Terms

FitMe may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted in-app and take effect immediately upon publication.
